SAP TechEd 2013 Amsterdam: Jam Band Or Band Jam?

This year we had a SAP Jam Band for the first time in the EMEA TechEd in Amsterdam. It was Mark Finnern who organized it and I am thankful, that I was able to take part in it. Craig Cmehil came up to me and said that it should not be named Jam Band. It's code jam, inno jam, demo jam and band jam he said and I have to agree with him.

There wasn't much time for a rehearsal. We even had to change the songs just the night before the performance. But nevertheless we had a lot of fun. I am very glad, that Raquel Pereira da Cunha sang the Brazilian song Mas Que Nada with us and Marilyn Pratt playing the flute. Also Katarina Fischer spontaneously supported us with her great voice singing Everbody, Needs Somebody from the Blues Brothers.

The picture shows the whole band. It's from left to right Jan Penninkhof (keys), Matthias Wild (git, bs), Gregor Wolf (git), Mark Finnern (git, voc), Chris Wheeley (dr), Peter Langner (bs, git), Katarina Fischer, (voc), Raquel Pereira da Cunha (voc) and Marilyn Pratt (fl).
